Hand harvested sea salt from the coastline of the historic Mani region in Greece. This area is also scarcely populated and largely isolated resulting in pristine waters in the Mediterranean. It also has a notoriously rocky coastline which gives the coastal waters a high mineral complexity. These factors, along with natural sun dried extraction, results in some of the purest sea salt around.
